This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use personal data, who we disclose it to, and how we protect your privacy. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information.

By providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge the collection and use or otherwise processing of your personal information for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Notice.
2. Which data we collect from you and for which legal purpose? Legal purpose= execution of contract
Personal data or personal information, meaning any information from which you can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed.
We limit the amount and type of personal information that we collect to that which is necessary for the purposes of operating our business.
Data which we might collect from you includes:
Your personal information: First name, last name, title, date of birth, username and marketing communication preferences.
Your contact: address, e-mail, telephone numbers and Social Media handle.
Your transaction data including details about payments and products related to your purchases.
Your profile data: username, password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, survey responses and the content of any messaging you send.
Technical data: IP address, your login, browser type, browser, version, operating system, location, device type (mobile or desktop) and how you accessed the webshop (organic, affiliates or social media for example)
Your usage data: information about how you use our websites, products and services.
Where we need to collect personal data by law and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have with you. In this case, we may have to cancel your order, but we will notify you if this is the case.
3. How we collect personal information?
Through social media channels or direct selling website. We can also collect information received via post, phone, social media and email.

For security purpose, we may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and/or ensure your right to access your personal data.
4. How we use your personal information?
To register you as a new customer when you place an order on the Website. To update your account (e.g. change of address or change in marketing preferences). To process and deliver your order for product(s). To notify you about changes to our terms or privacy policy. To ask you to leave a review or take a survey. To enable you to participate in a prize draw, event, competition. To make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services. To carry out email marketing and send you marketing communications by email. To administer and protect our business and this website. To deliver relevant website content to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the marketing we use. To use data analytics to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
Your personal data will only be used when the law allows us to and we will never sell your data to third parties.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or requirement of a competent authority. In addition, we may disclose your information in order to comply with regulatory obligations, such as if you have an adverse reaction to our products.
5. Sharing your personal information.
We may share your personal information within bloumcare d.o.o.
We may use other carefully selected companies, agents or contractors (Third Parties) to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you, where we have a legal basis to do so. Some examples of these are:
- IT companies who support our website and other business systems,
- Delivery companies such as couriers,
- Direct marketing companies who help us manage our electronic communications with you,
- Data insight companies to ensure your details are up to date and accurate,
- Police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, upon a valid request to do so.
6. Data security and retention
We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being used innapropriately. Only employees dealing with customers have access to the data they need to operate.
We use website providers who secure access to all transactional areas of the websites.
In the case of data breach we will notify you and competent Croatian regulator.
Your personal data is kept 2 years in our database and if you haven’t made any new orders in that period of time, your data will be deleted.

7. What are your rights?
Access your personal information. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If any of your personal information in our records is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend that information at your request, subject to any exceptions prescribed by law.
To request access, deletion, correction, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data, please contact us at hello@bloumcare.com . Once we receive the request, we will validate the information that you provide and send a message to the email address you provided in the request. Please follow the instructions in that email to verify your email address and/or provide any additional information that may be needed to process your request.

We commit to answering back within 30 days and are committed to resolving your concerns whenever reasonable and doable. As with any organization, you also have the right to make a complaint to the competent authority based in Croatia (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Selska cesta 136, Zagreb). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach them so please contact us in the first instance.
