Welcome to the webshop Bloumcare, owned by the company bloumcare d.o.o. Put uz Dol 19, Opatija, OIB: 73706398548, IBAN: HR0924020061500112723. When ordering products from our online store, you agree to our general terms and conditions, which are set out below.
Product information and definition of natural: All products are intended for external use. If you have any adverse reaction, stop usage immediately and seek help of a medical professional. The term natural is defined as: “ingredients that have been extracted from nature that is, a natural origin index of 1 out of 1 as per ISO 16128. Since our products are natural and handmade, it may happen that the color of the product differs from the one shown in the pictures in the online store.
Pricing: All prices are in EUR and inclusive of Croatian sales tax (VAT). Shipping and import taxes are not included. We accept payment made via Stripe payment directly linked on our website.
Orders: After payment confirmation you will receive an email with the details of your order. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel order after receiving payment, in which case, the order will be refunded in full on your chosen payment method. The contract you enter into with us for the purchase of products is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products that is consummated by the delivery of the ordered goods and the payment made by you, unless you cancel it in the meantime. These terms of business form an integral part of such contract. Please note that in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the day of product delivery, i.e. delivery of the last product from a particular order. For such a unilateral termination of the contract, you can use the standard form that you can download here.
Shipping: All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Shipping time differs per country and destination. The information shared on your email confirmation regarding the delivery time is for informative purpose only and is non-binding. Customs fees and local taxes are not included in the delivery fee and are to be paid by the customer. For further information on your parcel, please reach out to hello@bloumcare.com. We will reply within 2 business days.
Refusal to pick up - if you decide not to pick up the package without a valid reason, we reserve the right to demand compensation for transport costs if you want us to send the same package again. In the event that you have provided us with incorrect and/or incomplete information during registration, we reserve the right not to send the package.
Return and refunds: Change of heart? We are happy to take back any unaltered products in their initial, unopened packaging up to 20 days after the purchase was dispatched to you. Get in touch with us at hello@bloumcare.com . We will refund you for the products returned in perfect condition, however shipping fees, import fees and local taxes are non-refundable. All refunds will be made using the initial payment method. The refund might take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.
Faulty products: If any of our products inadvertently is faulty or damaged, please contact us directly at hello@bloumcare.com. We reserve the right to ask for pictures of the faulty products before taking further actions and issuing compensation. In case your complaint is founded, we will either issue an e-gift cards, exchange or full refund, depending on the situation.
Data protection: We do not share your personal information with third parties and follow GDPR. You can unsubscribe to our email data base at any time. Please see our Privacy policy for further details.
Governing law: None of the above mentioned conditions affect your status as a customer under EU trade rules.
